Andrew LaRowe
Andrew LaRowe is the founder and President of BAISCA LLC. He has over 30 years experience in the field of educational facilities planning. Over the years, he has developed and administered many successful programs for school districts on a national basis that often focus on environmental issues, particularly as they impact the health and safety of school children and staff.
Most recently Andrew served in a senior leadership capacity for Guilford County Schools in Greensboro, North Carolina as Chief Operations Officer. In this role he was responsible for all planning, design, construction management, facilities management, maintenance, transportation and other operational divisions of the school district. Andrew has a strong background with leveraging technology to organize information related to school facilities.
A point of significant pride for Andrew is that he began his career in the classroom as a teacher and has always valued the foundation it provided as he pursued a variety of roles involving educational facilities. He attended Appalachian State University and holds a BS in Industrial Technology and Secondary Education.
Andrew is the Board President of The Cares Project and Co-Chair of the Gateway Nature Preserve.
David Barnes
Project Manager
David Barnes is a Certified Energy Manager with over 30 years in facility and energy management. He has provided consulting services on various aspects of educational facilities management, including capital planning, asset management, energy management, process improvement, preventive maintenance and inventory control. He has directed various facility condition assessment projects across the country and is highly experience in field data collection, data organization and analysis while working at all levels of an organization.
David specializes in process improvement as proven by his achieving ISO 9001 certification for a major world-wide technical organization, along with the architecture and development of various software tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
David is a graduate of the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School’s Program for Technology Managers.
