by BAISCA partnered with Firstfloor, a development company in the educational sector, to create a 40-Year Operations & Maintenance plan. The project resulted in the innovative design of a new approach to the operations and maintenance (O&M) of school facilities. The study included the cost of administration, capital replacement, scheduled maintenance and outsourced contracting for nearly all maintenance and repairs.
For this project, BAISCA leveraged the expertise and knowledge of seasoned professional facilities administrators, who have spent much of their careers in facility management for educational institutions. Our team provided Firstfloor with a state-of-the-art O&M plan for future school buildings.
